Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solvey website and any services we provide. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
Using our website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any way that could damage the site or impair others' use of it.
Our services
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract. Those project terms sit alongside these Terms; where they conflict, the signed project agreement takes precedence.
Intellectual property
- The content, branding and code on this website are owned by Solvey unless stated otherwise.
- Ownership of project deliverables transfers as set out in your project agreement, typically on final payment.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments
Fees, payment schedules and any deposits are defined in your project agreement. Late payments may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
Warranties & liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party tools and platforms. We're not responsible for the availability, performance or terms of those services.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the project agreement. Work completed up to termination remains payable.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
