Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to services purchased from Solvey. It works alongside your project agreement and our Terms of Service. Where a signed project agreement says something different, that agreement takes precedence.

Our approach

We want every client to be happy with the work. Because design, development and marketing involve dedicated time and custom effort, refunds are assessed fairly against the work already completed rather than offered automatically.

Deposits & advance payments

• Deposits reserve our time and cover initial discovery and planning, so they are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• If we have not yet started any work, a deposit may be refunded in full, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

Work in progress

If you cancel a project mid-way, you are billed for the work completed and any approved expenses up to that point. Any balance you have paid beyond that amount is refunded. Completed milestones are not refundable.

Monthly & retainer services

Digital marketing retainers and other recurring services are billed in advance for each cycle. Once a cycle has started, that period is generally non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals — see our Cancellation Policy.

Third-party costs

Payments made on your behalf to third parties — such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock assets or ad spend — are non-refundable once purchased, as those providers set their own terms.

How to request a refund

Email hello@solvey.in with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond within five business days, and approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
